    I went there(after calling)today but the lady staff who distributes the form behaved very rudely with me and my friend also, as if we all were beggers there and we just requesting for the money from her own pocket.She was not in mood to give it to us...don't know why.We went there from Shahad but it was meaningless because of that. It was really very disappointing. Last year also we have not even got the application form from there.

    Did you get the form ? And what are the eligibility criteria for that?
    Actually I had call her tomorrow 4-5 times but she even didn't response mi, she only told mi that call after half hour,one hour that's it..
